Beautiful puffy light ice blue tulle skirt with matching lace blouse creates the perfect flower girl dress. Skirt is made w/ layers and layers of swiss tulle tulle, fully lined with satin, has an elastic waistband, and a satin sash. Blouse is made with a matching blue bridal lace and is fully lined in front and back and is same color as the skirt.
